Scope, Currency and Limitations
The assessment records the information and mapped sources available at the stated assessment date. Third-party datasets may contain omissions, inaccuracies or information that is subsequently updated or superseded.
First Feasibility provides desktop-based mapped screening and planner-led commentary. Unless expressly included within the commissioned scope, it does not constitute a detailed planning policy appraisal, technical survey, statutory consultation, design assessment, valuation, legal review, grid-capacity assessment or underground utilities search.
The outputs support early-stage discussion and proportionate commissioning of further work. They do not determine planning acceptability, development suitability, commercial viability or the outcome of subsequent specialist assessment.
