About First Feasibility
First Feasibility provides clear early-stage mapped assessments for renewable energy, strategic land and rural development opportunities across England, Scotland and Wales.
Our purpose is simple: make complex site information easier to understand before significant time and money are committed.
Clearer Evidence for Earlier Decisions
Planning, environmental, access, agricultural and infrastructure information is often spread across numerous datasets and mapping sources. First Feasibility brings that evidence together into a consistent and readable assessment.
The result is a practical starting point for understanding what is mapped, which matters deserve attention and what should be reviewed next.

First Feasibility assessments are designed to organise mapped evidence, identify the principal matters visible at desktop stage and focus the next round of review.
They do not determine planning acceptability, development suitability or commercial viability. Where a mapped matter requires specialist interpretation, the assessment identifies that need so further work can be commissioned proportionately.
